MIDRAND DEFY SERVICE CENTRE - NO SERIVCE NO FEEDACK -

I would like to express my absolute disgust with the Service I’m receiving from your repair office in Midrand, and in dying need for assistance here

i have complained to EDDIE (Service manager) Vannessa Ishmael and Locuna (NO FEEDBACK)

Short overview of complaint I purchased a 15gb Defy Twin tub Washing machine from Game last year 2020 February – see attached receipts and warranty card September 2020 – the spinner motor needed to be replaced. May 2021- there was a leak on a water pipe that needed to be replaced Now AGAIN September 2021 the spinner motor needs to be replaced

Its been about 3 weeks since the call was logged and the technician came out to my mothers house to Fix the problem They have informed my Mom that they are waiting on the PART.

I am so upset about this situation, as NO ONE CARES, my mother is almost 60 years of age, I’m in Cape Town and have to assist with affairs from this side but still nothing is being done. Eddie, your service manager in midrand is still to contact me after I consulted with him the first week, since then and since Relebohile (the only one returning my call) passed messages to Eddie to call me about the job, nothing has come of it, its been almost 3 weeks, my parents are not being call NOTHING – no washing can be done, and its cheaper to use a laundry service,

I have posted on Facebook and Instagram, with a very apologetic message received, but no phone call. No feedback, no call to sort out the Job

I would like this UNIT REPACED, it shows clear indications of inferior production and I’m not willing to have the warranty expire and still sitting with the same problem

FYI, your call Centre for the Job follow ups is ridicules, have spent over 5 hours in the last 3 weeks trying to get hold of any one, its merely impossible, if you get through, messages are taken, or the phone just gets dropped
