Is there any professionalism in business left? DEFY defies the need for this.

Phnd week of 23rd July to get Oven, Hob, Tumble-drier serviced/fixed. No response that week. Following week departed for Kruger Park & for response which I declined asking for week delay as no-one home. Phnd today to get jobs activated. They has been cancelled & needed new ref. numbers. Waited 7mins on phn then got cut off. Phnd again, repeated original 3 refs and got back one .. asked for other two, explained the whole situation again, finally got 3 new refs. Waiting time expected 3-8days. Today's Tuesday, Friday's a holiday, 'maybe next week'. What a way to conduct a business :(
