Insects enter inside the fridge.

Defy really disappointed me .

I bought a fridge defy from hife cooperation in conobia mall date : March 2020. Few months later I noticed that there's a gap by the door. I reported the tech came to my place after lock down. I understand it's was a lock down the did something to sort out the door rubbers fridge was fine .this year early I notice that not cooling properly always find water and also full of insects were going inside.I log a complain they came to change thermostat few days later did its again came back change another thermostat. Came right but the insects wa still going inside every 3 to 4 days after you've cleaned up the fridge. Probably you will find between 8 to 12 insects like Flys inside the fridge. Eventually they took the fridge away they brought back they said it's has been repaired few days later .I find full insects inside the fridge died. I reported to defy they said they will send a senior tech .he came he confirmed that's there insects going inside. But he could not see where they entered. He said the water pipe in the back came was out Probably that's was a problem. He asked me to monitor and what'sp him .4 days later again insects were in the fridge. I sent him a msg he never respond. I sent a store manager am email .no joy till today .I'm sick n tired of running around. 4 time technician coming to my place for the Samething. I need defy to tell me if it's normal to have insects in the fridge then I will leave them in peace. They loan me a fridge at on stage when they took mine away .unfortunately there's was working 101% then mine .If was big like mine I would have ask for an exchange. If no one gets back to me till Saturday. I will take the fridge to the store where I bought .an leave it at the door step .
