Indifference and disregard for service delivery

Shame on you Defy. I logged a service call 6 weeks ago. While a technician was sent quickly, since then my query has vanished into a black hole. Call center agents are indifferent, managers don’t return calls, promises aren’t kept. No one can tell me what the delay is with regards fixing my oven. Pathetic service and completely disappointing. Your brand deserves better.
