Dissatisfied customer service from Defy

Defy does not service its customers with with excellence and sense of urgency. I requested from Defy through Bradlows store where I purchased the refrigerator because they claimed they don't directly with the customer but only with store where the appliance was bought from. Since 28 April 2023 to this day there has been no proper communication or feedback from both Bradlows and Defy.
