Disgusting service Defy Richards bay service centre 😡

I have been dealing with the Richards bay service centre on behalf of my sister. The job number is ***. Her washing machine was picked up late November. However, the people at the service centre have promised to have the machine fixed early January because they were waiting for parts from Durban. They are giving my sister the run around and it's almost end of January. What kind of ********** service is this? I have experienced the same terrible service and would hate to go public with this disturbing trend of the Richards bay branch. They are dragging their feet even though she agreed to pay the cost to have the machine fixed. Unbelievable!
