Disgusting and pathetic service

Bad service, a disgrace, my fridge has a rubber sealant that needs to be replaced, since the 14th of this month, still no feed back or help from defy, this is very unhygienic and absolutely a total lack of service from defy, when they have the part on hand as stated on 21st of this month, but yet no technician to help and be of service, all the call center states is that sometime next week it will be done, such a disgrace and totally uncalled for always excuses, do they have the part, or is it that they do not want to be of service to us as customers, such a disgrace, and they waste my time and have pathetic excuses.
