Disgusted with Defy

Yet again. Desperately dissapointed. The defy washing machine that we purchased a year ago,had a technician come out 6 months later to check and repair- is giving me issues again. This time leaking water out the underside of the machine. Sopping wet floor, called Defy service centre last week Wednesday 2nd March. Today is 9th March, still no technician in sight. This has been the most awful appliance ever bought. The reason for buying brand new is to avoid issues like this! Horrified at the mediocre quality and service. The best thing would be a refund and they can take this poor quality machine back. If thats not an option a replacement would be next best thing.
