Disappointed on Defy service department from Pinetown

My fridge was broken then I phone defy service in pinetown cause my fridge was very old and I was advised to take the fridge to them. They checked the fridge and I was told the problem was not cooling. The said I should pay R2200 to get the fridge fixed this happened February I kept phoning them then by end of Feb they said I must collect fridge it is fine. Only to get home and the fridge is not working.

I called again to tell them the fridge is not working Technician came back to my place end of March to refill gas. It worked only 2 days then went off again.

I called again, stories and stories then I took the fridge back to them by May till today the fridge is with them.

I am very disappointed with them now we in a month of 6th and the fridge is still not working.

All I need right now is my refund cause clearly they failed to fix the fridge so I will buy another one

No more buying from Defy. They sell things they cant fix.
