Defy, WORSE Customer service!

Been looking for a PC Board that houses all control buttons for DEFY ACP09H2 ACP09H2 9K PORTABLE AC. Local service center seems to be dragging their feet for over a year now procuring a replacement! In fact, I've emailed all the South African Service centers, *** and NONE have gotten back to me! WORST mistake in buying a Defy product in my life and I should have taken heed just by the companies name as it Defies all reason why their customer service is non-existent in these days
