Defy washing machine

Hi I purchased a washing machine from Hirch's. It is a Defy 14kg. Firstly the machines PC board was faulty and they delivered a new machine after sending a technician out twice. The present machine tangles and creases the clothes to such an extent that it takes you 20 minutes to untangle. Defy is a poor product.
