Defy useless service

I booked my microwave in for repairs on the 13/12/2024 Today the 23/12/2024 the microwave is still at wifi corp where is was booked in and no feedback. When I caller 3 days ago I got the job number and was told it would be picked up the next day which did not happen. Called again today and was given 3 different stories as to when it will be collected and repaired and the last story was that the store only booked it in today which is a *** story as I called 3 days ago
