Defy toploader error

my Defy toploader keep filling water when at 3 mins during spin. technician has been here at least 4 times and problem just returns . keep geting E6 code. tecnician states its because of full load, i have a video where i used only a pair of socks and the machine does the same error. water and electricity is not cheap to be using a washing machine for more than the specified time.
