Defy the company that doesn’t care

Recieved an air conditioner that was found to be faulty after installation, reported this to Defy who have been absolutely useless in solving the issue. They cancelled the service ticket then promised a manager would phone me to resolve the issue. I am still waiting for said manager to phone me four days later.
