Defy Stove

Defy after sales sell lies to customers. They claim their services takes 2 to 3 days, here i am waiting for three weeks. Every time i follow up on , i get told haven't the technician call you. We will follow up. When you call again you get told the job is pending for damn three weeks. I am disappointed in this product and its service. I would not encourage anyone to buy defy's products. they are *****ers.
