Defy still hasn't done anything to resolve my issue

Defy called me once about my fridge issue and never bother again. They don't get the point of my complaint. Your products are ****. The fridge has been in and out of repairs with you guys from date of purchase. The quality is ****. Now that my warranty and extended warranty is over you feel like there is no need to resolve the issue. I am disappointed and I will be going on all social media platforms and let people know about your poor customer service and your downgraded quality of appliances.
