DEFY STAFF INCOMPETANT AND UNRELIABLE !!

Bought a Defy Twin Tub from Cash Crusaders Tokai on 3/12/2022. Three months later the machine start leaking at the washing drum. Defy Tech came and fix it. Work for three months and start leaking again. Tech came out and said he can't fix it and that Defy will have to replace it. New machine was approved by Defy on 23/05/2023. Promises was made by Angelo from DEFY to deliver on 01/06/2023 before 12am. No phone calls no show. They just don't care. Another Defy name Jongi phone at 16:10 to ask when they can deliver. they playing games not delivering when they suppose to. DEY YOUR SERVICE SUCKS NO PROFESSIALISM YOUR EMPLOYEES JUST IS INCOMPETANT AND UNRELIABLE !!. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM DEFY !!
