DEFY ??

I have been having an issue with my fridge/freezer. I called the call Centre asked to speak a manager and next thing you are put on hold for over 15 minutes?

Why ? Who knows?

Do the managers think that they are so entitled that they cannot speak to their clients and listen to their complaints are they embarrassed with the service they provide. Well I sure as hell hope they know they are doing a ****ty job.

Managers are there to make your life easier however they think they are entitled?

What ****ery is this?

I expect someone to call me DEFY?

You are not compensating me for the things that are going bad in my fridge.
