Defy service stinks

Defy appliance offers the worst service in the country. Beware of purchasing Defy appliances. The switches for the fas plates were replaced a year ago and became faulty soon after. Defy service was called and visited about a month ago. Service consultant was on site for 5 minutes, took a large deposit and promised to return the next day with parts. We've spent a month trying to get the job completed. Godfrey arranged to be here at 10.30am to complete the job. He has been called 5 times today and each time swears he’s on the way. At 3pm I called him and he said he’s finishing a job, can he come another day. An entire day wasted at home and still no resolution. Shocking, shocking service.
