Defy Service Centre Service - No Service

Went to Defy Service Centre in Sandton for a replacement part for Defy Slimline Convection Oven. Fist technician basically said they can't assist as the Serial Number on the oven was no longer visible. Second Technician went to the trouble of looking online and confirmed model number. I then filled in a s**** of paper with my details and parts required. 10 Days later and no response. Went there today and they have no recollection of my parts request and no system to track it.
