Defy Service Centre Port Elizabeth

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the authorized Defy service centre in Port Elizabeth. They came out in the first week of December to fix my oven, but couldn’t repair it because it needed a part. I was assured that it would be fixed before Christmas, but today is the 20th of January and I haven’t heard from them. I keep getting automated texts saying that they are waiting on spares. I managed, miraculously, to get hold of them last week and was told that there were spares on the way to PE, but couldn’t tell me whether mine were on the truck because they hadn’t received a manifest! I have left many, many messages on their answering service but still no one responds.
