Defy service center gives poor and no service for a damaged fridge that should be in brand new condition.

I purchased a faulty Defy fridge from Russels in Boksburg in December 2021 and noticed that the fridge was faulty after delivery only. I complained to the store and have not yet been helped since December because the Defy Service Centre keep closing my complaint tickets claiming that they cannot reach me. Complaint number ***, complaint number ***, and complaint number *** all "closed successfully" without contacting me the customer or the Russels store in Boksburg. This is such poor service and your products are just as bad as your service. Please collect this damaged fridge and replace it with a brand new working fridge.
