Defy - Poor Service

I had a problem with my Defy Washing Machine and wrote to the Service Centre for assistance in finding someone to help me locally in Plettenberg Bay. It took them EIGHT days to respond and even then, offered no real assistance. I, luckily, found someone near me who was great. They were CX Appliances.
