Defy . Poor after sales service.

Terrible after sales service . When contacted Defy , they requested that their Wattsup line be used . They ask for all your info and details of the part you require on this number . Then Defy replies requesting you to contact another number. They supp**** an incorrect number . As a last resort I contacted the clairwood office. They too cannot help . They ask you which area you calling from and your must phone their offices in that area . This is their main branch but you cannot get any positive response . Absolutely frustrating. I will definitely think twice before I buy a Defy product again . Useless bunch .
