DEFY = PATHETIC

It is impossible to get hold of a Defy representative, because nobody answers a telephone and secondly if one is helped on line then I was advised to pay to get the rep's cell number! I bought a new fridge which is second hand and defy refused to rectify its *****ulent business!! I refuse to pay to get a rep's number and rather drive 750 kms to go and change the fridge myself for a new one!
