DEFY = PATHETIC

I bought a new Fridge/Freezer and want to get the Rep out to come and have a look with problems I have to rectify it or send me a new Fridge. I phoned the Montagne Gardens Service Centre to speak to a Rep, but could not get through! I tried numerous occasions but no success. It's impossible to get through to anybody!! Eventually I got to a Service Centre that could help me on a email communication basis. Pathetic!!! After a couple of questions to ask for the contact details of the Defy Rep in our area, I was asked to pay to get the number! Excellent Excellent *** service!!!
