Defy No Service

I have been waiting since March 2020. I ordered a seal for my DGS-160 oven frim Midland. When I phoned to chase it up I was told to phone Hirsch. I ordered it and was then told it was closed due to covid. July 22nd 2021 I phone Defy again. They no longer supply to the public. I'm given a number in Vereeniging which turns out to be a driving school. I look up the name of the company Defy mentioned and it's MYZ. I call and am told I'll be called back. No such luck. I phone MYZ in Orange Grove and I'm told they only have 3 sided seals but will "make a plan". Neither branch knew what I'm talking about when I mention the timer and clock setting keys I also need. Is this the best Defy can do? Because this is shocking.
