Defy insufficiency

I have had trouble with my Defy washing machine and it took nearly 2 weeks to get a technician out. They've identified the problem and I paid to get it fixed. How every week later it was broken again. The part is supposed to have a 3-month guarantee. I reported it again, still waiting for someone to get back to me. It has been 6 working days now.

The lack of communication frustrates me and there is no effort from their side to keep me up to date. It is a big guessing game.
