Defy - Good Appliances - Useless Service

If I could give -10 Stars for a Service Company, this would be them. Never in my life have I received such bad after-sales service...so much so, that I have now waited for a Stove-top part for nearly 2 months, which according to the 5 different agents and 2 different installers that I have already dealt with, should take 2-3 days to reach us. Agents tell you they will get back to you, even with a time and date, but never do. It has gone so far that the last Agent told me that Defy cannot even give me an answer on how long the part will take to get here. Talk about utterly useless.

I will not buy a Defy appliance ever again in my life, just because of this. Shocking service.
