Defy fridge.. Dissatisfied

I bought a fridge 348l.. Delivered on 11 march after 3 days of using it.. The glass in the freezer broke on its own without anyone near it. Fairprice told me warranty doesn't cover glass.. And I'll have to replace the glass myself Highly disappointed in the quality of your products
