Defy

Terrible after sales service from DEFY,I bought a microwave on the 8th August it worked for a month, i called Defy to report a problem and they have been sending me from pillar to post its almost a month now, They refer me to their workshop then the workshop sends me back to defy and cant seem to find any joy, Mind you I spent R3000,00 for that microwave... That is really bad for their reputation.
