Defy: DON’T believe in better!! Believe in WORSE!!

Appalling service from Defy service centre. Our Grundig dishwasher broke down just before Xmas and a tech came out the following week. Defy are Grundig service agents. Still waiting to hear back. Call centre worse than useless; I have complained several times. Eventually complained on Twitter, FB, WA and website. Still no response. Now ignoring any posts. This is such poor customer service but from the other posts I’m seeing, seems to be company policy to treat customers badly. Be warned if you are considering buying either brand, unless you enjoy bad service. 😠
