Defy dishwasher

I phoned the Defy service centre, for assistance with setting a 30 minute cycle on my newly acquired dishwasher, as I followed the instructions in the manual provided, but I am failing with the setting. Firstly, I was told that Defy does not call customers back. Secondly, I was told that a technician will call me back, but I am still waiting .
