Defy customer service

Bought a defy fridge at Game Greenacres, 1st week had an issue with the water dispenser leaking, called in and defy sent a technician out, he worked on it and left. 2 days later, same problem, logged another complaint at game, no one called or phoned from defy, tried numerous times to contact them and it's been 2 weeks now, no response
