Defy *******

Bought a PCB control board from the Defy service center in Midrand for my frontloading washing machine to replace the one that had failed, unfortunately was given a faulty replacement board, after swapping them out realised the new board was useless to me and they wouldnt take it back, had to buy another one. Swapping out the boards is not a specialist service, yet they insist you pay them a callout fee for one of their "approved techs" to do it for you, just so customers fork out more money, this is atrocious to say the least.
