Defy Authorized repair Centre Phoenix KZN

My defy side by side fridge freezer no longer works so knowing I have an authorized defy repair centre nearby I called them to send someone. The lady took my details but has not called back. It's been 3 hours since I called no called me back. I tried calling them but no one answers. Defy authorized repair centre in Phoenix KZN is the worst. I now had to make an insurance claim because defy is useless. I will never support the brand again as they have now cost me time, money and inconvenience and I have lost all my groceries due to incompetence.
