Defy Authorise Service Center

I went to Defy authorise service center here in Vanderbijlpark to find out if they have a thermostat for my Defy 600C oven, they told me that they don't have it in stock but they will order it for me and phone me if they have the part and that was on an Thursday. I went there again the week after on the Tuesday uesday to here if they have the the part, but then I was told that they lady that took my order went that Tuesday with the driver to make sure they are getting the right part. After 2 weeks I went back there they still don't have the part, they just said they will phone me. Well it is now more than 2 months, still no part and still no feedback.
