🤣 Defy are a joke

Bad bad experience with defy I bought a fridge on the 24th November 2018had 5years warranty my warranty expired last year nov I have had countless problems with fridge started like 2/3 months after I bought it. They came and. Fixed the problem about 5 times I told them I was unhappy with the fridge and it gave me problems from the time I bought it. The technician told me after 3 faults they will give me a new one I'm still waiting as it keeps giving me an error code. Now if my fridge really packs up they going to blame load shedding I am so frustrated. And annoyed they shouldv just refunded me or stuck to the agreement.
