Defy Appliance Service Centre

Defy Port Elizabeth ordered a part for my oven at the end of November 2021, to date the part is “still in transit”. I constantly phone them and get an answering service. When I sometimes manage to get through to them they are waiting part from the supplier. If this part is imported, I could have had it here sooner than 2 months! I am shocked and appalled at how this business is still in operation.
