Defy and Makro don't care about customers

I bought a Defy washing machine on line from Makro, upon arrival I realised that the machine was not working, as in it didn't switch on, I immediately reported the matter to Makro, on the 24 of April 2024, on the 26th I got a call from a Defy technician who told me they were going to send a technician to check the machine, on the 29th the technician came and confirmed that there was indeed a fault on the machine,The Defy person who initially phoned me and said I needed to send the invoice to him to speed up the process, I did that on the 29th however when I phoned to follow up on the 3rd of May, the Defy personnel asked for an invoice yet again,I explained to him that I had sent him the invoice and he had responded on the message,he then said, he couldn't send the invoice to defy because the person who was responsible for accounts was not on duty,I asked them to send me the contact where the invoice was supposed to go, I called Defy call centre and emailed the invoice to *** the person I spoke to at defy sounded very bored, today the 6th of May I called to check for an update and the lady I spoke apparently couldn't find my email, I gave her my email address but still she apparently couldn't locate it, I called Makro to take care of this problem because I purchased the machine from them and I shouldn't have to suffer to get it exchanged,I'm even suspecting that this was deliberately,to sell me a Brocken machine because I was buying on line, I'm very disappointed with both defy and Makro, defy said they'll respond today but I didn't get any email from them, come and take your Brocken washing machine!!
