Defy

I will never buy a Defy appliance again. They do not have the decency to respond to complaints. My fridge which is less than two years old was not working. I called their call centre and the agent assured me that the call was urgent. The technician never received the call and I had to throw away all of the food in my freezer as it had defrosted.
