Deft Authorised Service Centre is a *******

Some weeks ago I walked into the Boksburg centre and explained I received a pressure cooker 4 years ago as a present and never used it. The staff had no clue on how Otto test it and told me it will cost me R295 to have it assessed. I agreed and paid. Yesterday the lady from the centre approached me in the street to tell me my unit is back. I approached the centre which was bare of people and stinking of cigarette smoke. I called out twice and an Indian male finally called back and I waited outside till he finished his call. I explained the reason for my visit nd he made me wait outside and returned with the pot. He then advised that they had to reset the electronics and I must pay another R295 for that work done on a brand new cooker. I explained that it was brand new nd he should have quoted before repairing and he said either pay or leave. I told he he can keep the pot and stick it up ***x and as I was leaving he became vulgar and sore me. I left the cigarette stinking store. PAY R590 for a new pressure cooker which is supposed to be a present????
