DAW389 DEFY 9kg Steamcure front loader (Hirsch"s)

Defy DAW389 9kg steamcure front loader....bought via Hirsch's What kind of **** is this? Bought 2022. Not working 2025. Still under warranty. Technician assessed and apparently ordered the parts. He came back 2 weeks later, with parts to fix, but claimed he couldn't touch the machine because it's got roaches (this is in an estate with certified pest control)

Defy is our family trusted brand for years. A washing machine that lasts 3yrs? Still under warranty? That can't be fixed with no sensible solution?
