Damaged Defy Fridge
I bought a defy Fridge from Hirsch's in Meadowdale in May last year 2024. The Fridge is chipping on the inside, not sure how to explain it. This should not be happening to a fridge that is not even 2 years old. I paid a lot of money and i refuse to accept that because its not under Warranty nothing can be done. This is totally unacceptable, i only bought Defy as I know its a trusted brand. Highly disappointed. This fridge must be replaced.

17 Jul 2025, 13:07So, Defy advised that it is physical damage and not under warranty or guarantee. This is not acceptable, i had a Samsung Fridge for over 12 years and this never happened. Defy just send back the same responses over and over again. We as consumers should not allow or accept this. They could at least have the decency to send out a technician to see the damage and advise me how i did this to the fridge, very unhappy customer.
