Broken tumble dryer

I bought a tumble dryer on the 18 October 2024 and the contorl panel is broken. On the 31/12/2024 i called defy to report my broken tumble dryer. On the 02/01/2025 i received a call from a technician that he will be coming to check the machine and he did come. On the 3/01/2025 he called saying he is going first to Hammanskraal and after he will come to fix the machine after 15h00, i waited till today. Imagine with this rainy weather. When i called to enquire on Wednesday the call Centre agent said a technician will call and i called again Friday the call center agent said a technician will call me.
