Bad service from defy

Got a problem with my 9month dish washer.technician came couldn't fix it ...promised to pick it up and take it to factory to check it properly .Gone a month and haven't heard from.them.Bought 3 appliances at once .Thought defy will be trouble free but disappointed.....Waiting for dem
