Bad service

I have never experienced the very worst service in my lifetime as I have now with DEFY service center. From February I have been shunted around with a broken fridge. First called them during Feb.2024 they came after various attempts to fix the problem with very little or no success.SO ow it's May and I logged a call on 29/05/2024 DEFY lady said that they will give me a call,this is now 12.40 on 31/05 and still no call. I think they are waiting the days out so that the 3 month guarantee run out from this last exercise.Never, never will I ever buy a DEFY product.
