Bad service

I am not happy with defyservices at all. I need help. They do not want to refund me my money back for the fridge . The store says They can give me a new fridge and I can find a person to sell it to. It's the second new fridge the gave me and it does not work at all. I have not been using a fridge for about 8 months now. I do not trust defy products. And they are not answering my calls. I have been calling for weeks now and no manager wants to help me. I do not now what to do now. Please help
