Bad Service at Defy service center

I contacted Defy regarding the washing machine that blew up when I was doing laundry last year.The washing machine was less than a year old and was still warranty.The came to check the washing machine and told me that it’s fixable and they just need to replace the top.I was told to try use the washing machine in the meantime.I did that and noticed a lot of problems.End of Dec they came back to replace the part but it was wrong and told me they will come back with another.I also told them my problems and also contacted the center again to tell them about the other problems.End of Jan they called me to ask if they can fetch the washing machine so that they can fix it.They came on the 27 if Jan to collect and told me it will be back by Monday.Monday passed and I didn’t hear from them.I called the lady that came to inspect the washing machine to find out what’s happening and she said the machine is fixed and should be delivered on Friday.Friday passed and I called them again this week.I think 3 times and they said they coming to deliver,they are just waiting for bubble wrap.Yesterday it was another Friday and I called the lady again and she said it’s because of rain and I said to her it hasn’t been raining why didn’t they deliver.She didn’t say much so I told her they need to deliver the machine before end of business day.If it’s raining they can wrap the machine I don’t mind.They never showed up.I’ve reported the machine more than 3 months back but my matter is still not finalized.I would not recommend them anywhere
