Bad Service and Poor Reliability

I bought a Defy Fridge a few months ago, the Fridge has been giving problems. It eventually stopped working. A serviceman came and stated that it needs a new compressor. I have been waiting on a compressor for weeks now and no one is able to give me updates when I call and they are rude.
